PREVENT Policy

Preventing Extremism and Radicalisation Safeguarding Policy is intended to cover all Board Members, Employees, Volunteers, Learners, Partner organisations and Employers.

Child on Child Abuse Policy

WS Training is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every learner, both inside and outside of the organisation, and is aware that abuse against young people can be inflicted by other young people. We implement a whole-organisation preventative approach to managing peer-on-peer abuse, ensuring that the wellbeing of learners is at the forefront of all action taken.

Learner Anti-Bullying Policy

The purpose of this policy is to set out the company’s commitment to the prevention and eradication of bullying among its learners, and to detail what actions the company will take in pursuit of these goals.

We believe that all have a right to equality of opportunity regardless of gender, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief, background or personal circumstance.

Customer Complaints Policy

If a learner or employer is dissatisfied with WS Training they have the right to complain, following the official procedure.

CIAG Policy

The primary aim of the Careers Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG) policy is to support all learners at WS Training Ltd to make informed career choices by delivering Careers Information, Advice and Guidance service on an individual basis at appropriate stages of the learner journey.
