Learner Engagement Team Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen at WS Training for a full time Learner Engagement team Coordinator to join our team based at Ipswich. As the Learner Engagement team Coordinator the key focus of this role is to promote and safeguard the good corporate reputation of WS Training and to raise awareness of the available training programmes and methods of delivery by the most appropriate means.

Other key duties will include:

• Contribute to and take accountability for the development, communication and delivery of the totality of WS Training’s vision and strategy.


• To ensure a plan is in place for attracting new recruits onto Apprenticeship/Traineeship/Study programme.


• To hold a target and recruit learners who are job ready for our Traineeship programme and placements.


• To hold a target and recruit learners for the Study Programme.


• Carry out market, environmental and competitor analysis to inform WS Training strategy plans.


• Development and delivery of market employer engagement strategies to deliver growth in programmes, research and education.


• Deployment of marketing best practice to deliver measurable increase in brand value, targeted to the goals of WS Training. To ensure brand and messaging integrity.


• Develop new communication channels, test and prove existing channels through regular monitoring.


• Engage key internal stakeholders as part of plan development and ensure goals agreed are achieved in line with WS Training strategy.


• Development of market based KPIs linked to revenue and efficiency targets.

Skills and attributes required:

• An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft packages


• Excellent customer service skills and confident in developing new business


• Commercially aware


• Administration experience


• Industry knowledge highly advantageous
