The Trainee will play an important role within the team of this small independent estate agent covering all things lettings related. This role will include:-

• Answering phones to the public
• Replying to emails
• Accompanied Viewings
• Liaising with contractors 
• Helping with organising maintenance repairs
• Learning how to negotiate
• Administration
• Working well within a small team

The role is based in Colchester however assistance with the viewings will be in and around the area at residential addresses. This role will involve administration tasks so the ideal applicant needs to have basic IT Skills.
