Work placement Key responsibilities include: • Picking and packing • Booking orders • Despatch engineering light duties • Working as a team • Communication with customers and colleagues Full training will be given in all areas Training to be provided This Traineeship opportunity includes 2 elements:- • Quality ‘on the job’ work experience. You will become a member of the existing team and learn aspects of work within the engineering sector, gaining valuable insight into the company and the industry • Work preparation training and employability skills, along with maths and English support for those who require it, as part of the ‘off the job’ training element of the programme. This will be through 1 day a week minimum attendance at WS Training Ltd, 37-43 Fore Street, Ipswich, IP4 1JL

Future prospects • After successful completion of the Traineeship course, you will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of reference as a minimum, to support future job applications. • You will also receive guaranteed interview status for any suitable jobs at STA Technical in the future. • There may also be an opportunity of an apprenticeship
