Influencing Skills & Negotiation

Course Overview:

Positive Influencing is something that we would all like to do better. These skills are fundamental to achieving success without the power of position. When used in the negotiation process a win for both sides can be achieved. This course will show you how to gain the co-operation of others without resulting to manipulation.
