Josh is a talented artist and learner at the WS Training Supported Learning Centre (SLC). Josh was keen to exhibit his work so he took the initiative and approached Gainsborough Community Library, Ipswich. They kindly agreed to adorn their walls with his creations. Josh’s beautifully atmospheric pictures will be on display until the end of the year.*
“Josh gets his inspiration from photos he has taken. Until this year Josh mainly used acrylics and watercolours but during lockdown he explored using oil pastels and oil paints; oil paints are his favourite media now. Josh has challenged himself by painting mountains and animals recently and he has been pleased with the results. Josh finds painting is a good way to relax and unwind and it definitely helps his mental health and well being”
