All of the delegates had really good things to say about Andy. The main thing was that he kept it interesting for them and they were all able to relate so a huge thanks to him! This was a good group, but it can also be difficult to keep people engaged so hats off to him.

I attended a NEBOSH Environment course and the course was very informative, I learnt a lot from the instructor. I didn’t pass the exam on the first attempt, this lead to the team providing a strong and helpful support system for me. The team really went out of their way to provide the extra support to me. Their support led me to a pass and increasing my score by 20 marks. I cannot thank them all enough for the support provided.

I have recently completed two courses with WS Training; Training Assessment and Quality Assurance (TAQA) and Award in Education and Training. Even as an experienced trainer and assessor, I have picked up many learning points which I have since used in my line of work. The education provided was invaluable and I now also hold the formal qualifications to help take my career to the next level. WS Training have been very client-centred from start to finish - they listened to my needs and adapted the journey for me throughout. The staff are always welcoming and happy to answer any questions.

Thank you so much for the support and learning during the education and training award. It was very enjoyable, and I have learnt so much which will enable me to successfully put learning into practice.

I would just like to extend my thanks to all the friendly and efficient staff at the Training Centre and for Mike, as our trainer. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. Now when I see works on a road I'll understand exactly how much thought and preparation goes into putting out each sign/barrier/cone/walkway/ramp etc. to ensure the safety of all!

Just recently done my NEBOSH Environmental at WS Training in Great Barton. Only have positive things to say about my experience. The facilities were brilliant. The tutor was knowledgeable, professional, passionate and engaging. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and everyday was greeted with a warm welcome by all. Would recommend WS training to others for similar training needs and extremely grateful to the whole WS Team. Thank you to you all.

Many thanks for the call yesterday, it is always nice to hear from training providers in person to be congratulated on passing courses. It does not happen very often. I would also like to thank all the staff at WS Training, I was always welcomed to the training centre warmly and friendly. The centre is very well set up to deliver the training, and all the staff are willing to assist where they can, ensuring all questions are answered, if they don’t know, they will always find someone that does. I would also like to thank all those that delivered the Training, it was delivered professionally, and at the correct level. Once again, many thanks for your time.

From beginning to end, our presentation skills workshop was full of insights, hints, tips, and advice - not forgetting the laughter! The course was delivered in a friendly, no-pressure style which made the team very comfortable in presenting, critiquing, and contributing. Sally was extremely supportive to all staff with varying levels of presentation skills and objectives for the day. We listened, we learned and we applied our new skills and knowledge to a presentation a couple of weeks later and are over the moon to report that we won the pitch - following a strongly structured presentation, well-rehearsed content, and most importantly confidence. David Farmer is an incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring man with buckets of charm and wit! It is not the information in which we receive, but how we receive it that's makes anything interesting and worthwhile in this world. David could take any subject tailored to bore his audience and yet ensure they have had fun and remembered more than they care.

During the few short weeks of our daughter beginning her time with WS Training we have noticed a significant change for the better in her mental well-being, and she has begun to smile again, she has spoken short sentences to members of staff ( she has been selective mute outside of her own home for the last 7 years ) and feels safe and confident enough to have a nap during break time ! This may sound like small steps to most, but to us this is huge progress with her speech, trust & confidence that other settings have not been able to achieve. Thank you

My Level 5 Operational Departmental Manager Apprenticeship journey began just before the pandemic hit. With my workload increasing in this time, I was concerned that my qualification would have to take a back seat but, thankfully, it didn't. I worked closely with my tutors, who supported me throughout, and they helped me with monthly catch ups and a Teams call whenever needed. All my contact with my tutors was via online studying, which always worked well, and I didn't feel I was missing out because of this. I was completely overwhelmed with the news that I had not only received a distinction for my course, but also, I am the first apprentice at WS Training to achieve this apprenticeship. My confidence has grown immensely, and I feel proud of myself to have achieved this result. Thank you WS Training.

I would like to thank WS Training for giving me the opportunity to complete my apprenticeship and providing me with the support I need. I would also like to thank my tutor Christine Knight for supporting me and pushing me when needed to complete my apprenticeship, I will also like to thank Nicola Curwen and Jess Slade for supporting me with my apprenticeship due to Covid-19 I was unable to carry out my project which I wanted to do but they were very supporting by helping me create new ideas and supporting me when needed as well as helping me to achieve my goals. When I received the good news that I got an distinction I was so happy and over the moon. As I didn’t believe that I was able to achieve this. I would like to thank everyone at WS Training for supporting me and helping me to achieve this milestone.

I started my level 3 business administration apprenticeship back in October 2019. In April this year I achieved a distinction in my qualification, because I had monthly catch ups and constant support from my tutor I was able to get this. I have now been offered a permanent role with the company I work for.

I’m always wary about consistently scoring high as it can give the impression of just ticking boxes, however please take these scores as genuine, I really can’t fault the course, tutors, content, presentation etc. Found it very interesting, well presented and well organised. Thank you for all your work.
